Frequency and number of sessions

The recommended frequency is one to two sessions a week. Once you have noticed the first changes that reduce your symptoms, it's up to you to decide how often you want or need to attend sessions.

It is also up to you to decide when to stop the sessions. You can attend sessions until your problem disappears, but you may also feel that something has clicked and that it is enough to change your life.

It is also possible to stop the sessions and resume them at any time.
